starting the rolling fast again
starting another water fast today. 3 days nothing but water, then one meal, then repeat. rolling fast. going to keep cycling until i hit my goal.
i'm at 100kg right now and i want to get down to around 65kg. i'm 170cm so that's a reasonable target. the weight is really getting to me — joints hurt, body aches when i get up in the morning. it's not a good feeling and i'm done sitting with it.
tried a 2 day fast a couple weeks ago and it was rough but i felt great. this time going for 3. let's see how it goes.
at the end of the day it's mind over matter. the hunger is real but so is the why. just gotta stay in your head and push through.
